MINIMUMS
Each store in the wishing to carry The Flattering Me Collection is required to meet a
minimum stock order of at least 10 pieces, and reorders a minimum of 3 pieces, reorders less than three piece will be accepted, but with an
additional charge of $8.00.
CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customers wishing to open an account are required to submit a completed credit
application for consideration.
All orders will be shipped "TELECHECK" (bank account debit check by phone) or Prepaid (credit card) unless prior terms have been arranged.
Credit terms for open accounts are NET 10 EOM, F.O.B. Hallandale, Florida.
A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be charged on all invoices
that are past due by 60 (sixty) days or more.
RETURNS
All returned merchandise must have prior approval from our customer service department.
If authorized, a return label will be supplied, and must accompany your shipment.
Merchandise returned without the authorization of the company will be refused and
returned at sender's expense. Only current merchandise in salable condition will
be accepted for return.
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
