 MINIMUMS Each store wishing to carry The Flattering Me Collection is required to meet a minimum stock order of at least $300.00, and reorders a minimum of $60.00. CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS Customers wishing to open an account are required to submit a completed credit application for consideration. All orders will be shipped C.O.D. or Prepaid (credit card) unless prior terms have been arranged. Credit terms for open accounts are NET 10 EOM, F.O.B. Hallandale, Florida. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be charged on all invoices that are past due by 60 (sixty) days or more. RETURNS All returned merchandise must have prior approval from our customer service department. If authorized, a return label will be supplied, and must accompany your shipment. Merchandise returned without the authorization of the company will be refused and returned at sender's expense. Only current merchandise in salable condition will be accepted for return.
